Ahmad Saleh was born in 1980 in Saudi Arabia of Palestinian origin. In the age of 18, he moved back to Palestine where he finished a bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering. Directly after graduating, he worked in different art fields; he wrote his first collection of short stories and worked as an art director. In 2007, he moved to Germany where he made two master degrees in arts, one in Digital Media at the University of Arts Bremen (HFK) and the other in Film Writing and Directing at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne (KHM). So far, he has done three short films. His films received several prestigious awards. Currently he is working on making his fourth short film and writing his first feature.
