28-year-old Dejan is a history teacher and a bit of a loner. At home, his mother looks after him. Thanks to his lack of social skills, he has trouble with the ladies too. A visit to a fortune teller, who calls attention to Dejan’s quirks, turns into a moment of truth. Finally, the unexpected occurs: over the course of a boozy night Dejan is getting closer to his co-worker Kaća.

Marko Đorđević, born in 1988 in Kragujevac/Serbia, while studying at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade made his short film THE OTHER SHORE (2012), which won the award for the best Serbian film in the Low Budget category at the Cinema City Festival in Novi Sad. He developed his first feature film, MY MORNING LAUGHTER, together with the actors, who were involved in the writing from the beginning.
