Travis Mathews, born 1975 in Ohio/USA, has been working as a director, screenwriter, editor and Producer since 2000. A self-taught filmmaker, his body of work focuses on gay mal intimacy and masculinity, and is informed by a Master in Counseling Psychology. In 2013, he collaborated with James Franco to make a docufiction, INTERIOR, LEATHER BAR. The film was screened in over 75 festivals internationally.
