Mariana’s Chilean family is rich. Her time is spent managing a gallery and taking riding lessons – she’s accustomed to her husband handling everything else. When her riding instructor becomes the subject of an investigation into human rights violations, she learns of her father’s involvement. In the end it plays out as it so often does: the little fish go to the gallows while the big fish go free.
