FILTHY is the coming-of-age drama of 17-year-old Lena. In love with a boy for the first time, Lena longs for freedom and adventure. Tereza Nvotová was born and grew up in Bratislava/Slovakia and currently lives in Prague/Czech Republic. She is about to graduate from The Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) as with a Master’s in Direction. FILTHY is her feature film debut. Until now, she has also directed documentary movies for Czech and Slovak public TV and is recently working on her second feature documentary about former Slovak Prime Minister Vladimir Mečiar. Furthermore, she works as a writer and as an actress in feature films.
