Two sheep, one dog. The sheep say: “Peace”. The dog wags his tail, opens his mouth showing his sharp teeth and screams: “War!“.
Andreas Hykade was born in the summer of love in Altötting/Bavaria, center of the Virgin Mary cult. Since he’s been a grown-up, he has created animated films for grown-ups. Since he’s been a father, he creates animated films for children as well. Since 2015 he is the director of Animationsinstitut at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg – and since 2019 a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
