At this AG-DOK event, in co-operation with exground filmfest, Berlin-based film composer and professor at Konrad Wolf Film University of Babelsberg Karim Sebastian Elias will show examples of his work and address the creative challenges involved in documentary films. Elias wrote the music for the documentary films RHYTHM IS IT! (German Film Award) and OF FATHERS AND SONS (Oscar nomination). In 2021, he composed the music for the fictional ZDF series KU’DAMM 63. The talk will be followed by a networking meet-up with light snacks and drinks.
