Short films have been an integral part of our festival since its inception: nearly every feature-length film is accompanied by a short film. Little treasures from all over the world come to Wiesbaden. Additionally, the selection committee’s favourite films can be seen in the BEST OF SHORTS program. The DOCUMENTARY FILMS explore issues such as choosing the right career, gentrification, colonial history, the truth behind images, and the longing for eternity. And the IRAN program can look back on a long tradition: the films here will once again address the current situation in the theocracy.
