Hesam Eslami is a Tehran-based filmmaker, who has directed and produced documentaries for international TV and Cinema since 2013. He got his Master of Arts in cinema from Tehran University of Art. In his latest works, he focuses on the margins of the Iranian society. His latest short documentary, CITIZEN-INMATE, premiered within the Short Film Competition of the Berlin International Film Festival.
